ARC NV, the Belgium-based leader in aircraft refueling vehicles, and Alma Services, a French pioneer in industrial metrology and fuel infrastructure, are proud to announce the launch of A²Services, a company dedicated to delivering next-generation maintenance, refurbishment, and digital lifecycle solutions for the global aviation fueling industry with an initial focus on the French market
A New Company to Redefine Aviation Fuel Services

Building on over 40 years of combined expertise, A² Services brings together ARC’s strength in refueling vehicles and ALMA’s leadership in tank farm, hydrant, and metrology solutions. This alliance will support airports, industrial clients, and oil companies across Europe and Africa, particularly in the French-speaking countries, with an integrated portfolio of services:
- Tank Farm Services – Inspection, Preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and compliance for fuel storage systems and terminals
- Hydrant Services – Inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance, and safety upgrades for hydrant fueling systems
- ITP Services – Full lifecycle support for aircraft refueling vehicles
- Digital Solutions – JOB web platform for asset management, predictive maintenance, and compliance reporting
